Spray drying (in-house development, Topas, Palas)

Liquid precursor solutions can be adjusted to produce droplets as small as 1 µm using pneumatic atomization. The atomization gas can be varied. The IMVT has various atomizers available, ranging from 3 lpm to 15 lpm with droplet sizes between 1 µm and 10 µm.
